Brown Noise
6 Hz Theta
A guided session for using a wand-style vibrator. Broad stimulation for external and deeper exploration of how vibration travels through your body.
How to use
Have your wand charged and ready. Start on the lowest setting — wands are powerful. This session teaches you to work with intensity rather than just endure it. Lubricant is optional for external use but recommended for comfort.
The science
Wand-style vibrators produce lower frequency, higher amplitude vibrations than bullet-style toys. These vibrations penetrate deeper into tissue, stimulating both superficial Meissner corpuscles and deeper Pacinian corpuscles simultaneously. The broad contact area means more nerve endings are recruited at once, which is why wand orgasms often feel more diffuse and full-bodied.
Tips
- Always start on the lowest setting — you can build up
- Use the edge of the wand head for more focused sensation
- If it is too intense, rest the wand on a folded towel between you and the head
- Wands work beautifully through underwear as a gentler option
Precautions
- For adults 18+ only
- Use in a private, safe environment
- Wands are powerful — start low and build gradually
Session phases
Scene — prepare
Find somewhere private and comfortable. Dim the lights if you can. Have lubricant nearby if you would like. Put your phone on silent. Lock the door if that helps you relax. This time is entirely yours.
Scene — welcome
Welcome to Wand Exploration. This is a twenty-two minute session. Whatever happens is exactly right. There is no goal, no performance, and no wrong way to do this.
Scene — arrive
Close your eyes. Place one hand on your belly. Breathe in through your nose for four counts. Out through your mouth for six. Let your jaw soften. Let your shoulders drop away from your ears. With each exhale, feel your body grow heavier against the surface beneath you. There is nowhere to be. Nothing to achieve. Just this breath, and the next one.
Non-genital warm-up
Turn the wand to its lowest setting. Press it against your shoulders, your lower back, your thighs. A wand is a massage tool first. Feel how the broad head sends vibration deep into your muscles.
External — low setting
Bring the wand to your external genital area. Keep it on low. The broad head means you do not need precision — just rest it against you. Breathe. Notice how the vibration spreads through a wide area. This is different from a fingertip — it is everywhere at once.
Pressure play — lighter and firmer
Experiment with pressure. Barely resting the wand against you. Then pressing more firmly. Notice how firmer pressure sends vibration deeper while lighter pressure keeps it on the surface. Find the pressure that makes your breath catch.
Higher setting — building
If you feel ready, increase the vibration one level. Stay with it. Breathe through the increased intensity. If it is too much, pull back or return to the lower setting. There is no wrong choice.
Movement — slow circles
Move the wand in slow circles. Wide, lazy orbits. Let it travel across different areas. Notice where the vibration feels most alive. Some spots will hum. Others will sing. Follow the ones that sing.
Your rhythm — free exploration
You know the tool now. Combine what you have discovered — your preferred pressure, speed, position, and setting. This is your time. Follow your body wherever it wants to go.
Return — afterglow
Turn off the wand and set it aside. Rest your hands on your belly. Three deep breaths. You have expanded your toolkit. A wand is a bridge between relaxation and arousal — and now you know how to cross it.
