Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the service and to meet legal obligations. Specific retention periods are listed below.

• Account information: kept while your account is active
• Session completion data: kept while your account is active; deleted with your account
• Payment and billing records: retained for 7 years to comply with UK tax and accounting law
• Server and diagnostic logs: retained for up to 90 days
• After you delete your account, your personal data is removed within 30 days; encrypted backups are purged within 90 days; records we are legally required to keep (e.g. payment receipts) are retained for the period required by law
