The audio experience

Three layers, one immersive journey

Each session is carefully composed with three synchronized audio tracks. Think of it like a musical arrangement — every layer serves a purpose, and together they create an immersive soundscape that guides both body and mind.

Layer 1

Voice Guidance

Warm, unhurried narration guides you through every phase — what to do, how to breathe, where to focus attention. The voice is your companion, never rushed.

Layer 2

Ambient Soundscape

Ocean waves, rain, pink noise — choose your background. Gapless looping creates an immersive cocoon of sound that drowns out the world.

Layer 3

Binaural Beats

Frequency arcs mapped to your session. Theta for body awareness, beta for building arousal, gamma at peak, delta for afterglow.

Settling In

Deep, slow breathing. The voice arrives gently. Ambient sound fades in like dawn. Theta waves (4–8 Hz) guide you into deep relaxation and body awareness.

Glossary

Terms you will encounter

Edging

Building arousal to the edge of orgasm, then pausing. Repeated waves deepen sensation, strengthen pelvic floor awareness, and can lead to more intense orgasms. Used in both solo and couples practice.

Frenulum

The small ridge of tissue on the underside of the penis where the glans meets the shaft. One of the most sensitive areas of the body. Gentle, focused touch here can produce intense sensation.

Sensate Focus

A sex therapy technique developed by Masters and Johnson. Partners take turns touching non-genitally, focusing purely on the sensation of giving and receiving touch. Rebuilds intimacy without performance pressure.

G-Spot

An area on the front (anterior) wall of the vagina, typically 2-3 inches inside. Has a slightly different texture and can produce deep, spreading sensation when stimulated with firm, rhythmic pressure.

Binaural Beats

When two slightly different frequencies play in each ear, your brain perceives a third "beat" at the difference frequency. Different frequencies correspond to different brain states — theta for deep relaxation, beta for arousal, gamma for peak experience.

Afterglow

The period immediately after orgasm characterised by deep relaxation, oxytocin release, and heightened emotional openness. Our sessions include dedicated afterglow phases to integrate the experience.
