6 Hz Theta
A guided exploration of oral techniques for her pleasure. The giver learns to read responses, vary rhythm, and discover what her body responds to.
How to use
This is a guided couples session. The giver follows voice guidance while the receiver relaxes and communicates through body language. Play through a speaker. Have pillows available for comfort — the receiver may want one under her hips. Warmth matters; a warm room helps both partners relax. This session moves from anticipation through exploration to sustained pleasure.
The science
The clitoral glans contains over 10,000 nerve fibers (2022 Oregon Health & Science University study revised the historical 8,000 estimate). The clitoral complex extends internally — the crura and bulbs respond to pressure even through surrounding tissue. Broad, flat tongue contact activates Meissner corpuscles (light touch), while firmer pressure reaches Pacinian corpuscles (deep pressure). Both pathways contribute differently to arousal.
Tips
- Flat tongue produces broader stimulation than pointed tip
- Consistent rhythm is more effective than constant variation
- Her hips moving toward you is positive feedback
- Keep your jaw relaxed to avoid fatigue
- Communicate — ask what feels good without breaking flow
Precautions
- Ensure comfort and consent throughout
- Use dental dams if preferred
- Stop if either partner is uncomfortable
Session phases
Scene — prepare
Find a comfortable space together. Play this through a speaker, not headphones. Put both phones on silent. Dim the lights. Warmth helps — a heated room or blanket nearby. Decide now who is Partner A and who is Partner B.
Scene — welcome
Welcome to Oral Discovery: For Her. This is a twenty minute session. Whatever happens is exactly right. There is no goal, no performance, and no wrong way to do this.
Scene — arrive
Sit or lie facing each other, close enough to feel each other's warmth. Close your eyes. Each of you breathe at your own pace for a few breaths — arriving separately before you arrive together. When you are ready, open your eyes. Soft gaze. Not staring, just seeing. Now breathe together. In for four. Out for six. Let the shared rhythm settle you both.
Beginning with breath
Giver, bring your face close to her inner thighs. Do not touch with your lips yet. Instead, breathe. Slow, warm exhales across the skin of her inner legs, the crease of her hips. Let her feel the warmth of your breath moving in slow paths. You are building anticipation through warmth alone. Notice her breathing start to shift. There is nothing to do yet except be close and let the closeness speak.
Surrounding territory
Now bring your lips to her skin. Kiss her inner thighs. Slowly. Linger on the soft crease where her thigh meets her hip. Move across the mons with gentle, open-mouthed kisses. Let your tongue trace lazy paths everywhere except where she expects. This territory deserves attention on its own terms — it is not a prelude. It is the landscape, and you are learning it.
First contact
One long, slow, flat-tongue stroke. Start at the lowest point and draw your tongue all the way upward. Just one. Then pause. Lift away. Let her body respond to that single stroke — a breath, a sound, a shift of her hips. Wait. Then give her another. Slow. Full. Complete. Each stroke is its own event. There is no rush to add more.
Mapping pressure
Begin to explore the difference between light and broad. Use the very tip of your tongue — feather-light, precise, tracing small patterns. Then switch to the flat of your tongue — wide, soft, covering more area with less pressure. Alternate between the two. Notice which makes her breath change. Notice which makes her hips move. Light and precise activates one set of nerve endings. Broad and soft activates another. You are mapping what her body responds to.
Finding rhythm
Here is something most people discover late: consistent rhythm matters more than technique variety. Once you find a motion, a pressure, a speed that makes her breathing deepen or her body move toward you, stay with it. Resist the urge to change. Repetition is not boring to the body receiving it — it is a wave that builds. Find one thing that works and let it build.
Deepening
Without changing what your mouth is doing, bring your hands into the experience. Rest one hand on her lower belly — warm, grounding, steady. The other hand can explore: her inner thigh, the crease of her hip, or gently exploring with your fingers while your mouth continues its rhythm. The combination of mouth and hands creates a fuller sensation. Let your hands listen to her body the same way your tongue is learning to.
Following her
This is freeplay. Let her body guide everything now. If her hips move toward you, you are on the right path. If she presses closer, give her more of what you are doing. If she pulls away, soften. Her body is speaking a clear language. Your only job is to listen and follow. There is nowhere to arrive. Just stay present, stay connected, and let her lead.
Your rhythm — free exploration
Take your time. Follow what feels good. There is no rush.
Return
Gradually slow down. Let your rhythm ease. Kiss her thighs again, the way you began. Gentle, unhurried. Rest your cheek against her leg. Breathe together. Whatever happened is exactly what was meant to happen. Stay close. This is not an ending — it is a settling.
