6 Hz Theta
Advanced male session. Combines genital touch with whole-body awareness. Teaches arousal as a distributed, full-body experience.
How to use
This is an advanced session for men who have completed the Deepening Practice plan or equivalent. It combines genital touch with full-body exploration, perineum stimulation, and breath-directed arousal distribution. Use lubricant. Trust your body to lead in the free exploration phase.
The science
Male orgasm research by Komisaruk and Whipple has shown that multi-site stimulation (genital + non-genital) produces broader cortical activation and more intense subjective experience. Perineum stimulation activates the pudendal nerve, which directly innervates the prostate and contributes to deeper orgasmic sensation. Breath-directed attention redistribution is supported by fMRI studies showing that focused attention to non-genital body regions during arousal increases somatosensory cortex activation in those regions.
Tips
- Lubricant on both hands — you will be touching your body and your genitals simultaneously
- The perineum technique adds a bass note to the experience — firm, rhythmic pressure works best
- Do not rush the arousal-upward breathing. Give it 4-5 breath cycles to start working
- If orgasm approaches, try to let it travel through your whole body rather than contracting. Breathe through it.
Precautions
- For adults 18+ only
- Use in a private, safe environment
Session phases
Scene — prepare
Find somewhere private and comfortable. Dim the lights. Have lubricant within easy reach. Phone on silent. Lock the door. This time is yours and yours alone.
Scene — welcome
Welcome to Full Body Arousal Integration. This is a twenty minute session. Whatever happens is exactly right. There is no goal, no performance, and no wrong way to do this.
Scene — arrive
Close your eyes. Place one hand on your belly. Breathe in through your nose for four counts. Out through your mouth for six. Let your jaw release. Let your shoulders fall. Feel the weight of your body settling. With each exhale, let go of the day — the tasks, the noise, the tension. Here there is only your body and your breath.
Full body erogenous scan
Touch your neck, your chest, your nipples. Your belly. Your inner thighs. The crease where your legs meet your body. Behind your ears. The backs of your knees. You are waking up your entire body before focusing on your genitals. Male arousal is not just a genital event — your whole body participates when you invite it.
Genital plus non-genital simultaneous
One hand on your genitals — gentle, present touch. The other hand roaming your body: chest, nipples, inner thigh, perineum. Two streams of sensation. Let them blend. Notice how non-genital touch changes the quality of genital sensation. It adds depth, warmth, context. You are not just touching yourself — you are involving your whole body.
Perineum awareness while stroking
Continue genital touch with one hand. With the other, press gently on your perineum. Rhythmic pressure that matches your breath. The perineum connects to the prostate and the deep pelvic floor — adding this layer often creates a fuller, more resonant sensation. Notice what changes.
Breathe arousal upward
Continue touching. On each exhale, imagine arousal rising from your pelvis up through your body. Into your belly. Your chest. Your throat. This sounds abstract, but it produces real effects — warmth in your chest, tingling in your face, a sense of arousal spreading beyond your genitals. Breath redistributes blood flow and neural attention. Use it.
Free exploration — everything combined
Everything you know. Light touch, non-dominant hand, micro-movement, breath amplification, perineum engagement. Both hands wherever they want to be. This is your advanced practice. No script. No correct method. Just your body, your sensation, and your attention. Let your body show you what it wants.
Return — integration
Slowly ease. Hands on belly. Five breaths. You have just practised something most men never experience: full-body arousal. Not just genital stimulation, but a whole-body event. This is what Pura means by deepening your practice. Not more, not harder — wider, richer, more alive.
