6 Hz Theta
Advanced female session. Combines clitoral and internal touch with full-body awareness. Teaches arousal as a whole-body experience, not localised sensation.
How to use
This is an advanced session for people who have completed the Deepening Practice plan or equivalent. It combines clitoral, internal, and full-body touch simultaneously. Use lubricant for both internal and external touch. The session is self-guided in the later phases — trust your body to lead.
The science
Full-body orgasmic response — where arousal and orgasm are experienced throughout the body rather than solely in the genitals — is associated with broader cortical activation, particularly in the insular cortex and anterior cingulate. Multi-site stimulation (simultaneous clitoral, internal, and non-genital touch) recruits more neural territory, which increases both the intensity and the distribution of pleasurable sensation. This is trainable: each session strengthens the inter-regional neural connections that enable whole-body arousal.
Tips
- Use plenty of lubricant — you will need both hands free-moving
- The "breathe arousal upward" technique takes practice. If you do not feel it the first time, keep trying
- This session works best when you are already somewhat aroused — consider starting with Sensation Amplification first
- Do not chase orgasm. If it happens, let it travel through your whole body. If it does not, the practice itself is the point.
Precautions
- For adults 18+ only
- Use in a private, safe environment
Session phases
Scene — prepare
Find somewhere private and comfortable. Dim the lights if you can. Have lubricant nearby if you would like. Put your phone on silent. Lock the door if that helps you relax. This time is entirely yours.
Scene — welcome
Welcome to Full Body Arousal Integration. This is a twenty-two minute session. Whatever happens is exactly right. There is no goal, no performance, and no wrong way to do this.
Scene — arrive
Close your eyes. Place one hand on your belly. Breathe in through your nose for four counts. Out through your mouth for six. Let your jaw soften. Let your shoulders drop away from your ears. With each exhale, feel your body grow heavier against the surface beneath you. There is nowhere to be. Nothing to achieve. Just this breath, and the next one.
Full body scan with erogenous attention
Scan your entire body slowly. But this time, as you pass each area, touch it. Neck, collarbones, breasts, belly, hips, inner thighs. Not rushing toward your genitals — arriving there through a full-body journey. Every area you touch is part of the arousal circuit. Wake each one up.
Genital touch with non-genital hand
One hand on your genitals — the touch you know and enjoy. The other hand roaming: your breast, your neck, your inner thigh. You are creating two simultaneous streams of sensation. They will begin to merge. Arousal is not just between your legs — it is the entire body responding to attention and touch.
Internal plus external
If you are comfortable with internal touch, combine both. One hand external, the other internal. If not, use both hands externally in different patterns. The goal is layered sensation — multiple types of touch, multiple locations, all at once. Let your body integrate them into a single wave.
Breathe arousal upward
Continue touching. On each exhale, imagine arousal traveling from your pelvis up through your body — into your belly, your chest, your throat. This is not visualisation for its own sake — breath and attention genuinely redistribute arousal. You may feel tingling in your chest or a flush in your face. That is the integration happening.
Free exploration — everything combined
Everything you know, combined. Micro-movements, breath amplification, staying, expansion. Both hands wherever they want to be. This is your practice — informed by everything you have learned. Let your body lead. There is no script here. Only your sensation and your attention.
Return — integration
Slowly ease. Hands on belly. Five slow breaths. You have just practised whole-body arousal integration — the skill that transforms localised sensation into a full-body experience. This is what "advanced" means in Pura: not harder, not more extreme. Wider. Deeper. More whole.
