6 Hz Theta
A gentle introduction to clitoral touch. Learn to map your own sensitivity through guided exploration with breath and presence.
How to use
Find a comfortable, private space. Dim the lights. Use headphones for the binaural overlay if desired. Follow the voice guidance at your own pace — there is no rush.
The science
The clitoris contains over 8,000 nerve endings — more than any other structure in the human body. Most of these are Meissner corpuscles, which respond best to light, varied touch rather than heavy pressure. Mindful exploration activates the somatosensory cortex and builds a richer neural map of sensation over time.
Tips
- Warm hands before starting
- Use natural lubricant if desired
- Focus on sensation, not outcome
- Breathe deeply through each phase
Precautions
- For adults 18+ only
- Use in a private, safe environment
Session phases
Scene — prepare
Find somewhere private and comfortable. Dim the lights if you can. Have lubricant nearby if you would like. Put your phone on silent. Lock the door if that helps you relax. This time is entirely yours.
Scene — welcome
Welcome to First Touch, Clitoral Awareness. This is a sixteen minute session. Whatever happens is exactly right. There is no goal, no performance, and no wrong way to do this.
Scene — arrive
Close your eyes. Place one hand on your belly. Breathe in through your nose for four counts. Out through your mouth for six. Let your jaw soften. Let your shoulders drop away from your ears. With each exhale, feel your body grow heavier against the surface beneath you. There is nowhere to be. Nothing to achieve. Just this breath, and the next one.
Body scan — awareness
Slowly scan from your forehead down through your body. Notice where you hold tension. Breathe into those places. Let your awareness settle in your pelvis.
First touch — light pressure
With warm, gentle fingers, begin to explore with the lightest possible touch. No destination — just sensation. Notice temperature, texture, sensitivity.
Explore — rhythm discovery
Try small circular motions. Vary the speed — slower, then slightly faster. Notice what rhythm your body responds to. There is no wrong answer.
Deepen — what feels good
Stay with whatever feels most pleasurable. Let your breath guide the rhythm. If your mind wanders, gently bring attention back to sensation.
Your rhythm — continue building
You have mapped your landscape. Now stay with whatever felt strongest. Let your body guide the rhythm, the pressure, the pace. There is nothing to achieve — only sensation to follow.
Return — integration
Slowly release your touch. Place both hands on your belly. Take three deep breaths. Notice how your body feels now compared to when you began.
